The SixLevel methodology represents the convergence of two decades of digital marketing expertise and my doctoral research in online behavioral patterns.

  • Implement natural language processing or sentiment analysis to understand the customer or prospect's intentions. (a basic and less technical option would be to insert surveys.
  • Journeys should create natural, less regimented communication flows. (ideally, some CRMs and email marketing programs have predictive sending capabilities)
